Basics

Alternate styles (texture packs)

MC3DPrint ships two optional looks for every machine, item, and screen. They’re built into the mod jar, so there’s nothing extra to download, and they only restyle MC3DPrint’s own content — your other resource packs are untouched.

  • Blueprint Mode — every machine drawn as its own schematic: blueprint blues and white technical line-work. The mod’s signature look.
  • Dark Mode — matte near-black chassis; the cyan glow and tier accent colors stay loud.

Both styles keep gameplay information intact: tier colors stay distinguishable at a glance, silhouettes stay recognizable, and GUI layouts never move.

Enabling a style

  1. From the title screen or pause menu, open Options → Resource Packs.
  2. Find MC3DPrint: Blueprint Mode or MC3DPrint: Dark Mode in the left (Available) column.
  3. Hover the pack and click the arrow to move it to the right (Selected) column.
  4. Click Done. Resources reload and the new look applies immediately.

Move the pack back to the left column at any time to return to the default art.

Standalone downloads

Every release also attaches each style as a standalone zip (mc3dprint-style-<name>-<version>.zip) for players who prefer managing packs themselves:

  1. Download the zip from the GitHub releases page.
  2. Drop it into .minecraft/resourcepacks/ (don’t unzip it).
  3. Enable it in Options → Resource Packs as above.

One zip covers every supported Minecraft version. Use either the built-in pack or the zip, not both at once.
